When drying under room temperature, with hot air or infrared, the water is removed from the coating. The polymer particles crosslinks with each other and form the coating film. 产品 : 1. HKC1000 Waterborne Glass Coating A single layer of coating with low VOC, low odor, self-priming/permanent-bonding waterborne glass coating. - Excellent performance characteristics- such as flow, leveling, weathering and film hardness. - Resistant to high temperatures up to 150 °C. - Unlimited colours and innovative design effects. Produce sample colours at client’s request. - Can be applied to glass surfaces by spraying, rolling, or brushing. 2. HKC1111 Waterborne Glass Adhesion Promoter A special additive. HKC 1111 can be added into waterborne glass coating before application. It forms a hard coating surface which obtain a high level of adhesion. - Act as a bridge between the substrate and the polymer matrix of the coating to increase the overall bond strength. - Improve coating adhesion, resistance to chemicals and scratch. 3.
