少爷啤酒厂成立于 2013 年 12 月, 至今一直为亚洲独特的精酿啤酒行业树立了全新标准。作为一家亚洲领先精酿啤酒厂，少爷运用自家创意加上严谨的技巧，酿造出糅合亚洲文化的世界级精酿。

少爷啤于过去几年间荣获多项国际大奖。作为全香港规模最大以及评分最高的精酿啤酒厂我们的啤酒款式众多，除了一些传统的款式外，你会发现有很多新奇、创新、甚或完全未听闻过的啤酒，例如橡木桶陈酿啤酒、酸啤酒、烟熏啤酒、甚至是野生发酵啤酒等等。我们的两所精酿啤酒厂分别位于黄竹坑及鸭脷洲，设有全亚洲最大木桶陈酿室，以及专门为酿制比利时风格混合发酵酸啤而设的橡木桶。

少爷十分重视啤酒专业知识。短短数年间，我们建立了一个别开生面的精酿「生态系统」，除了专注于生产外，少爷亦于城中热点开设多家精酿餐吧以及举办精酿啤酒节等多场活动，从而把精酿文化推广至不同层面。除此以外，我们的啤酒现于香港、中国内地及星加坡有售，采用冷链方式运送，以保持啤酒最新鲜的状态。少爷啤酒将会参与更多国际啤酒节，并计划进军更多海外市场，敬请期待！

少爷啤在香港以及亚洲各地皆拥有大量的支持者。开业至今，少爷啤已经赢得了不少客户的支持，包括文华东方酒店和四季酒店等标志性的合作伙伴，以及著名的私人会所、精酿啤酒专门店和城中潮流餐厅和酒吧。

少爷啤设厂于香港南区，拥有两个超过 13300 尺的酿酒厂。鸭脷洲厂房于 2013 年 11 月落成，毗邻鸭脷洲小区；2016 年 8 月第二个厂房于黄竹坑落成后，我们的产量大大提升，更增设装瓶与装罐生产线，让少爷啤成为亚洲最大啤酒厂之一。

Founded in December 2013, Young Master Brewery has been setting new standards for Asia's unique craft beer industry. As an Asian leading craft brewery, Young Master uses his own creativity and rigorous techniques to create world-class craft brews that blend Asian culture.

Young Master Beer has won many international awards in the past few years. Our beers are the largest and highest rated craft brewery in Hong Kong i n addition to some traditional styles, you will find many new, innovative, or even completel y unheard of beers, such as oak b arrel aged beer, sour beer, smoked beer, even wild fermented beer and so on. Our two craft breweries are located in Wong Chu Hang and Ap Lei Chau have the largest barrel aging rooms in Asia, as well as oak barrels specially designed for brewing Belgian-style mixed fermented sour beers.

Young master attaches great importance to beer exp ertise.

In just a few years, we have established a unique craft brewing "ecosystem", in addition to focusing on production, young Master is also a hot spot in the city o pening a number of craft restaurant bars and holding a number of events such as craft beer festivals, so as to promote the craft brewing culture to different levels. Other than that, I y oung master beer w ill participate in more international beer festivals, and plans to enter more overseas markets, stay tuned!

Young Master Beer has a large following in Hong Kong and across Asia. Since its opening, Young Master Beer has won the support of many customers, Bao i t includes iconic partners such as the Mandarin Oriental and the Four Seasons, as well as renowned private clubs, craft beer outlets and downtown trends r estaurants and bars.

Young Master Brewery is located in the southern District of Hong Kong, with two breweries of over 13,300 feet. The Ap Lei Chau plant was completed in November 2013 and is adjacent to Apl ei Chau Community; With the completion of our second plant in Wong Chuk Hang in August 2016, our production capacity has been greatly increased with the addition of bottling and canning production l ine, making Young Master Beer one of the largest breweries in Asia.

Raise your sails for an exhilarating voyage! Hop Around the World is a new hazy IPA series, each brewed exclusively with hops grown from a single country to showcase its unique terroir. Brewed with Yakima Chief Hops, our first release is packed with Nelson Sauvin, Superdelic and Motueka from New Zealand and radiates vibrant mango, passionfruit, berry, citrus notes.

咸柠啤乃一款根据传统德国莱比锡酸啤 Gose 酿造的复古啤酒。传统版本带鲜明的乳酸、并有淡淡的芫茜籽香气和微咸的口感。而少爷的现代版则混入了香港茶餐厅元素，自家腌制的咸青柠模拟了咸柠七的风味，重新定义这款古老的德国咸柠小麦酸啤.

A classic sour and salty gose brewed with salted lime (鹹檸) commonly found in ocal Cha Chan Tengs in Hong Kong and served with lemon soda. A perfect respite from humid weather, this beer will please beer geeks and novices alike.

Hong Kong's most beloved celebratory IPA returns for the festive season. Dom Houblon®, a collaboration between two of the most esteemed local breweries Young Master and Heroes Beer, is an elegant, highly attenuated Brut IPA sparkling with cheery lemon, zesty grapefruit peel and delicate floral notes, culminating in an effervescent and bone-dry finish.
