本次意大利国家展团是在意大利外交与国际合作部的指导下，由意大利对外贸易委员会（ITA）、意大利驻重庆总领事馆，与意大利展览集团（IEG）合作组织，9家意大利水污染治理、大气污染防治、环境监测、固废处理、节能新能源、环境服务、绿色包装领域企业参展，同期举办意大利环保技术企业路演、中意节能环保技术对接会等活动，旨在促进中意绿色领域经验分享、技术交流和商务合作。
