The Georgia World Congress Center (GWCC) is a convention center located in Atlanta, Georgia, United States. Spanning approximately 390 thousand square feet (36 thousand square meters), it welcomes over 100 thousand visitors annually, making it the third largest convention center in the United States. The GWCC opened in 1976 as the first publicly owned convention center in the United States. Operated by the Georgia World Congress Center Authority (GWCCA) on behalf of the state, the authority was established in 1971 by the Georgia General Assembly to develop an international trade and exhibition center in Atlanta. Subsequently, the authority developed the Georgia Dome, Centennial Olympic Park, and Mercedes-Benz Stadium, which replaced the Georgia Dome. On March 5, 2017, the Georgia Dome closed its doors, and it was demolished due to implosion on November 20, 2017. Mercedes-Benz Stadium officially opened on August 26, 2017. Although the GWCCA owns Mercedes-Benz Stadium, the parent company of the National Football League's Atlanta Falcons and Major League Soccer's Atlanta United FC, AMB Group, is responsible for operating the stadium.

In addition to conventions and trade exhibitions, the GWCC frequently coordinates with the Georgia Dome Sports Complex to host events simultaneously while large-scale activities are taking place at the center. Every year, the center hosts the SEC Football Fanfare, a two-day fan festival aimed at engaging thousands of Southeastern Conference fans attending the SEC Championship. The center collaborated with WrestleMania XXVII to host a similar event, WrestleMania Axxess.
