Singapore Expo
Singapore Expo
The Singapore Expo is one of the largest and most comprehensive exhibition centers in Asia. It has ten large multi-purpose halls, each with an area of 10,000 square meters, totaling over 100,000 square meters. All available spaces are interconnected, column-free, and located on the ground level.
The Singapore Expo parking lot also provides space for 2,200 vehicles, which can be converted into 25,000 square meters of outdoor exhibition grounds. Visitors can take the MRT and transfer at Tanah Merah interchange station to board the train. The Singapore Expo venue managed by Singex is the only exhibition company in the world that has received dual certification in business continuity management (awarded by the UK and Singapore standards).
Built at a cost of SGD 220 million, the Singapore Expo, which opened in March 1999, has hosted over 50 exhibitions, attracting approximately 700,000 visitors. These exhibitions include the “1999 International Furniture Fair”, the “1999 Asia Communications Exhibition”, the “2000 Asian Metal Casting Machinery Technology Exhibition”, and the “2000 Asian Manufacturing Technology & Equipment Exhibition”. To optimize space usage, the indoor 60,000 square meters are column-free, allowing flexible use, while the outdoor space is 25,000 square meters. Additionally, there are 19 meeting rooms available, accommodating from 15 to 125 members.
