Chennai Trade Centre

The Chennai Trade Centre in India is a venue that hosts several trade fairs and conferences every year. Occupying an area of25.48 acres, the center has an exhibition space of 10560 square meters. It consists of three halls, namely Hall 1 (4400 square meters), Hall 2 (1760 square meters), and Hall 3 (4400 square meters). The public infrastructure here is owned by the India Trade Promotion Organisation (ITPO) holding 51% and the Tamil Nadu Trade Promotion Organisation holding 49%, and it was inaugurated in January 2001. The conference center was operational from November 1, 2004. The construction cost for the exhibition halls is estimated to be INR 2.3 billion.
