Harbin International Convention and Exhibition Center

The Harbin International Convention and Exhibition Center is a key project of Heilongjiang Province and Harbin City, located in the northeastern part of the Harbin Economic Development Zone. The internal structure of the exhibition hall features transparent glass partitions, with 2,000 booths available. The lighting and sound synthesis at the convention and sports center are all digitalized. The convention center has a parking lot covering an area of 30,000 square meters.

The total area of the front square of the convention and sports center is 100,000 square meters, featuring green trees, lush grass, and colorful flowers, exuding vitality. Elegant art reliefs surround the square. The square is divided into areas such as the central square zone, urban风情园style garden, green area, lovers' corner, public activity area, cultural and artistic corridor, and parking lot. This is home to the largest lawn in the province, covering an area of 90,000 square meters, with 60 tall trees measuring 5 meters each, which are precious species of large juniper. There are also 600,000 shrubs, 300,000 flower beds, and a 21-meter long corridor with coconut trees, banyan trees, umbrella-tailed birds, and other southern tree species within the lawn. The 270-meter-long running fountain and 100-meter-high fountain can change various patterns accompanied by beautiful music. The 640-meter-long convention and sports center has 2,000 booths, with the actual height of the building being 29 meters. It features a silver-gray glass curtain wall exterior, and the entrance is a shared hall that is 21 meters wide and 500 meters long.

The usable area of the entire exhibition hall is 36,000 square meters, capable of accommodating over 2,000 international standard booths. The exhibition hall can be divided into three relatively independent halls, separated by transparent glass materials that can be used separately or combined. Spacious exhibition halls have dedicated channels that allow cars to be driven directly inside. The safety and security system of the convention center features 24-hour video surveillance throughout every corner. Tickets for events will use a magnetic card ticketing system worth one hundred million yuan. Fire protection equipment uses water bubble automatic control methods for firefighting, forming a safety prevention and protection system together with the monitoring system.
