New York Marriott Marquis

The New York Marriott Marquis is a Marriott hotel located in the Theater District of Midtown Manhattan, New York City. It has 1,971 rooms and 101,000 square feet (9,400 square meters) of meeting space.

The New York Marriott Marquis features two towers, one on 45th Street and one on 46th Street, connected by a ground-level platform. The first two floors contain retail space, while the Marquis Theater is built on the third floor of the building. The hotel's atrium lobby is located on the eighth floor and also includes meeting space and a restaurant. Guest rooms on the 36th floor overlook the lobby. The first three floors house one of the highest restaurants in New York City, 'The View', offering a 360-degree view of the city. A distinctive feature of the hotel is its concrete elevator core, which is composed of a tower-like structure with twelve glass elevator cabs on the exterior.
