Wuzhen Internet International Convention and Exhibition Center
The Wuzhen Internet International Convention and Exhibition Center covers a total site area of 203 mu (approximately 135,300 square meters), with a building footprint of 40,000 square meters and a total floor area of 81,000 square meters. This includes approximately 60,000 square meters of above-ground space and 21,000 square meters of underground space, featuring over 700 underground parking spaces. The complex comprises three buildings, arranged from south to north into three functional zones: the Convention Center, the Reception Center, and the Exhibition Center.
The project fully accounts for its functional positioning as a venue for international summit conferences and its rich historical context. Its architectural style exhibits a distinct dual character, seamlessly integrating the capabilities of a modern international convention center with the traditional architectural heritage of China's Jiangnan water towns. The design deliberately avoids excessive ornamentation or superfluous decoration, instead emphasizing the harmonious coexistence and integration of traditional Jiangnan culture and modern civilization. Classical elements characteristic of the region, such as white walls, black tiles, and waterside corridors, are reimagined through a contemporary design lens. Inside, the facility incorporates smart application systems for intelligent conferencing and building management, where tradition and modernity, culture and smart technology, beautifully complement each other.
