Handan International Convention and Exhibition Center
Handan International Convention and Exhibition Center is located at No. 555 Fudong North Avenue, Congtai District, Handan City. Construction commenced in May 2005, and the facility was completed and opened to the public in September 2007, after a construction period of three years and nine months. As a modern, specialized exhibition venue, it stands as one of Handan’s iconic landmarks. Situated on the western edge of the Handan High-Tech Industrial Development Zone in Hebei Province, the center enjoys an excellent location with convenient transportation links.
The convention and exhibition center integrates conference and exhibition functions, with a total floor area of 63,000 square meters, including 20,000 square meters of exhibition space and 8,000 square meters of meeting space. It boasts the largest exhibition area in the region, the most comprehensive conference facilities among the four provinces, and the largest capacity for hosting visitors in the entire province. Hosting events here not only enhances visibility but also attracts a substantial client base. The main entrance (south-facing) of the center opens onto Handan’s largest civic plaza, spanning 111 mu, which serves as a complementary amenity. To the west of the center lies the Apollo Five-Star Hotel, making this site an ideal venue for conferences and exhibitions.
Handan is strategically positioned at the intersection of Shanxi, Hebei, Shandong, and Henan provinces, serving as a major hub for commerce and logistics with strong economic influence. With its superior location, pleasant surroundings, and easy access, the center is well-equipped to attract large-scale conferences and product exhibitions from surrounding areas, generating significant economic benefits.
