SIAL Shanghai China Food Expo (Shanghai) is one of the world's top three food exhibitions and an annual global food industry event - SIAL International Food Exhibition (Shanghai), hosted by Groupe Comexposium, is held every May in Pudong, Shanghai, China. Since its arrival in China in 2000, the SIAL series of international food exhibitions in China have attracted more than 40,000 participating companies from over 70 countries and regions worldwide, with products covering 21 major categories including beverages, dairy products, snacks, convenience foods, grains, oils, fruits, vegetables, meat ingredients, seasonings, etc. Professional visitors come from over 100 countries and regions around the globe, covering areas such as food importers and exporters, distributors, wholesalers and retailers, supermarkets and comprehensive malls, hotels and restaurants, with a number exceeding 1 million.
