猫员外品牌2017年创立于中国深圳，是华南地区具有实力的精酿啤酒品牌，全国已开设超过180+酒吧，并进驻香港地区，收到消费者一致好评。

猫员外自主研发及生产的手工啤酒，无论生啤或冷鲜罐均为不经稀释、不经过滤，保留活性酵母的鲜活啤酒，在国际权威啤酒大赛均获得多项奖牌。

RICHKAT Craft Brewing was founded in 2017 in Shenzhen, China. As a leading craft beer brand in Southern China, it has expanded to over 180 taprooms nationwide and entered the Hong Kong SAR market, earning widespread acclaim from consumers.

RICHKAT independently develops and produces all its craft beers. Both its draft and brewery-fresh canned beers are unfiltered, undiluted, and retain live active yeast, delivering a uniquely fresh taste. This commitment to quality has been recognized with multiple awards at internationally authoritative beer competitions.

从广东走向世界，猫员外在2025年EBS欧洲啤酒之星摘金（秀才-英式金色艾尔）、多款产品在2025年WBA世界啤酒大赛中斩获4项“国家最佳”以及4金4银，成为获奖数量最多的中国精酿品牌之一，进一步夯实在中国精酿啤酒馆市场与国际赛事中的领先地位。

猫员外持续在国际赛事中的突出成绩，不仅体现中国精酿品牌的酿造水准获全球认可，也为“中国酿造”在国际舞台上写下亮眼注脚。

From Guangdong to the world stage, RICHKAT achieved remarkable success in 2025: winning Gold at the European Beer Star for Xiucai - English Golden Ale, and securing four "Country's Best" awards along with 4 Gold and 4 Silver medals at the World Beer Awards, making it one of the Chinese craft beer brands with the most accolades that year. These achievements further solidify its leading position in both the Chinese craft beer taproom market and international competitions.

这款氮气黑啤通过独创氮气技术和特种麦芽配方的核心创新，再加上其未经过滤杀菌保留了鲜活的酵母分子，成功重塑了氮气黑啤的鲜啤饮用体验。投放5种进口特种麦芽，突出麦芽本身的甘甜层次与深度烘焙带来的迷人焦香、咖啡、巧克力等复杂香气。同时还带来天鹅绒般丝滑绵密细腻的气泡，带来如丝细滑的全新口感体验。

Our nitro oatmeal stout successfully redefines the draught beer experience through its innovative nitrogen technology and imported select speciality malt , while retaining live yeast, JUSTOUT is unfiltered and unpasteurized. We use five imported speciality malts highlights the natural sweetness and subtle complexity of the malt itself, along with complex aromas from deep roast - with enticing toasted notes of coffee, chocolate, and dried fruit. It also delivers a velvety, fine, and dense bubble texture, offering a uniquely smooth and delicate mouthfeel.

This delightful session ale is brewed and dry-hopped exclusively with Cashmere hops. This low-alcohol beer boasts a full flavour with a lightness to the body.

A sun-kissed liquid explosion, it is filled with tropical fruit flavours of citrus、coconut、mango and grapefruit. It has been internationally certified as a "refreshing and delightful flavour."
