AI technology is sweeping across industries globally, presenting numerous opportunities for development. Recently, the Hunan Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology unveiled its plan for the construction of artificial intelligence large model technology applications in 2024. The "AI-based Intelligent Application in Construction Machinery" project by Zhongke Yungu, a subsidiary of Zoomlion Heavy Industry Science & Technology Co., Ltd., was selected, showcasing the company's innovative strength in empowering industry development with artificial intelligence.
This plan aims to actively create innovative application scenarios for artificial intelligence large models, continuously promote the innovation and development of the artificial intelligence industry, and accelerate the development of new quality productivity. Selected projects focus on text generation, video generation, audio generation, digital human, and other application scenarios, demonstrating significant potential for growth.
In the process of R&D design, production manufacturing, and after-sales service in the construction machinery industry, traditional digital technology applications face many unresolved pain points. The "AI-based Intelligent Application in Construction Machinery" project by Zhongke Yungu leverages key technologies such as large model evaluation, fine-tuning, inference optimization, autonomous intelligent agents, and retrieval-enhanced generative intelligent question answering. By building an AIGC-PAAS platform, it provides a full chain connection from data, models, services, to applications, enabling one-stop access to AIGC capabilities for construction machinery industry enterprises. This facilitates the effective application of AIGC in business, enhancing the overall competitiveness of the industry.
It is reported that Zhongke Yungu integrates industrial plugins using industrial large models, leveraging the knowledge acquisition and integration capabilities of generative artificial intelligence, intelligent human-machine interaction, and flexible multilingual translation. Through text, voice, images, and other methods, it enables intelligent interaction between industrial applications and users, driving the realization of intelligent transformation and cost reduction for construction machinery enterprises. The project has imported nearly 360,000 service cases, maintenance records, and diagnostic knowledge, significantly improving the accuracy of fault diagnosis and equipment repair efficiency. In professional vocabulary translation, both efficiency and accuracy are higher, effectively assisting enterprises in going global. Additionally, the reporting operation efficiency is faster, the risk of work step quality is greatly reduced, and real-time alarm for abnormalities can be achieved.
As the new round of technological revolution and industrial transformation accelerates, the consensus is growing that "artificial intelligence +" and industrial internet platforms will drive the development of new quality productivity. Zhongke Yungu empowers traditional industries, helping traditional enterprises achieve business model transformations. It has won over ten national honors, including the "Cross-industry Cross-domain Industrial Internet Platform" and the "First National Industrial Internet Innovation Competition National First Prize", leading the way in digital and intelligent transformation.
